Mileage tax calculators for every driver

Choose your region for tax-year-accurate calculations β€” UK motoring tax, US IRS deductions, or Canadian CRA allowance and CCA. No sign-up, no tracking, nothing leaves your browser.

Why are there three different calculators?

The tax rules that govern business mileage diverge significantly between countries. The UK uses Vehicle Excise Duty (VED) bands by COβ‚‚, Benefit in Kind (BiK) on company cars, and HMRC Approved Mileage Allowance Payments (AMAPs) at 45p/25p. The US uses an IRS-published cents-per-mile standard rate (72.5Β’ for 2026), with an actual expense alternative and federal/state income tax implications. Canada uses a tiered CRA per-km allowance (72Β’ then 66Β’ in 2025), Class 10/10.1 Capital Cost Allowance, and combined federal + provincial tax rates that swing substantially from Alberta (lowest) to Quebec and the Maritimes (higher).

Each regional calculator codes in the rates, thresholds, and quirks specific to that country β€” so you get numbers that match what you'd actually report on your return, not a one-size-fits-all approximation.

Keep mileage records that match the tax rules

The calculators show what you could deduct or reimburse. MileEZ makes sure the miles behind those figures are actually captured, classified, and ready for the tax authority in your country β€” automatic drive detection, business vs personal tagging, and export-ready reports in the format your filing needs.
